Usage environment:
1. If you use it in a wet, or high salinity and alkalinity environment,
a. Wash it with pure water
b. Wipe it with a cloth
c. Lubricate it with oil
2. If it becomes sticky, you must clean it immediately with water or detergent.
3. To clean oil residue, etc., kindly use turpentine or mineral oil. Do not use detergents containing chlorine.
4. After cleaning, wipe your tools and add some light oil (such as WD-40) to remove moisture from the joints, which will prevent the tool from corroding.
How to sharpen a knife:
1. STRAIGHT KNIFE: Use standard sharpening equipment (whetstone, etc.).
2. SERRATED KNIFE: You must use special tools for it and sharpen it correctly to maintain the serration curvature. Important!! Sharpen only the front teeth, not the back side, as doing so will reduce the knife's function!!!!
